Intuition and Spirit Course

Over the course of five weeks, you will be guided through a series of videos, meditations, exercises and assessments that I’ve developed for anyone, from beginners to advanced students, to learn and develop your inner intuitive and spiritual awareness. Week One

Identify where your intuition lives. No two people are the same and finding where your soul, life force, or consciousness resides is the first step to trusting it.

Week Two

Learn about your energetic body and the aura. You'll discover what it does, and how to see and feel it.

Week Three

Maybe you get gut feelings, or you're the person who has many dreams, or just a knowing. Find out your predominant way of getting intuitive information and how you can expand into receiving intuitive information in all ways

Week Four

Do other people or situations drain you? You may be strongly empathic and absorb every body else's stuff like a sponge. This week is about protection and clearing, so that you can have a clear space from which to receive your intuition

Week Five

In this week we connect to the spirit world- your spirit guides and those you love who have passed on. Your loved ones are around you all the time, this is the time to recognize them and personally feel the connection.
